At tCapital, we strive to provide exceptional AI-powered trading services. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund procedures for all subscription plans and services.

Subscription Cancellations

Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds for partial months.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds are provided, but service continues until expiration.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You cancel within 14 days of initial subscription
  • Technical issues prevent access for more than 48 hours
  • Unauthorized charges on your account
  • Service outage exceeding 72 hours

Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Changes in market conditions or trading losses
  • Dissatisfaction with AI recommendations
  • User error or misuse of the platform
  • Requests made after the 14-day period

  • Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
  • Free Trial: Free trial cancellations do not require refund processing.
  • Third-Party Charges: We are not responsible for charges from third-party payment processors or banks.
  • Policy Updates: This policy may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes.
